L’extractivisme dans le projet démocratique de constitution chilienne
Repenser le récit d’un projet minier sur un territoire pour donner corps à la face cachée de la monstruosité extractiviste et de ses tentacules et pour tenter d’en sortir en allant vers la création des nouveaux référents qui furent à l’œuvre dans l’élaboration du projet de Constitution de 2022 au Chili. Tel est le projet qui a nourrit l’écriture de cet article relatant le cas du village de Caimanes qui, comme bien d’autres territoires au Chili, a été sacrifié sur l’autel de l’extractivisme, mais a permis en retour d’alimenter un imaginaire de rupture pour retisser des relations.

From the Consequences of Extractivism to the (Unfinished) Experiment of a New Constitution in Chile
Rethinking the story of a mining project in a territory to give substance to the hidden face of the extractivist monstrosity and its tentacles, and to try to escape from it by moving towards the creation of new referents that were at work in the drafting of the 2022 Constitution in Chile. This is the project that nourished the writing of this article, which relates the case of the village of Caimanes which, like many other territories in Chile, was sacrificed on the altar of extractivism, but in return made it possible to nourish an imaginary of rupture in order to rebuild relationships.
