Terrestrialités neuroqueers
La philosophe Nick Walker articule pensée queer et pensée autiste à travers le concept neuroqueer. L’article rend hommage à son travail, détaille les connexions possibles entre ces deux pensées à la lumière des dynamiques d’emprunts mutuels, de convergence, et d’intersectionnalité, et les ouvre vers la pensée du non-humain et de la terre. Les gestes de régulation sensorielle sont par exemple bien plus qu’un discours sur les normes : ils proposent, par cet usage déviant des organes d’emprise − main, cerveau −, une autre manière de « com-prendre » les liens sur terre, une autre manière de l’habiter.

Philosopher Nick Walker articulates queer and autistic thinking through the neuroqueer concept. The article pays tribute to her work, details the possible connections between these two thoughts in the light of the dynamics of mutual borrowing, convergence and intersectionality, and opens them up to the thought of the non-human and the earth. Gestures of sensory regulation, for example, are much more than a discourse on norms: they propose, through this deviant use of organs of control — hand, brain — another way of ’under-standing’(with) the links on earth, another way of inhabiting them.
